We have some of the same things go on at our office. People run out to grab lunch at the worst time, take and make personal phone calls on/near/around deadline, spend time trying to sell chocolate/wrapping paper/other crap when they should be doing their work, etc.

I fired two people yesterday for reading magazines and making personal phone calls on there cell phones while working. They said they were never told they could’nt do those things. Do you need to be told? They were told yesterday, for their next job, if someone will hire them.

    P.S. I like cake
